TLS 1.0 will be disabled
From May 2018, we will only support browsers that enable TLS 1.1 or above by default to align with industry best practices for security and data integrity. This only affects older browsers, so we have prepared this FAQ to help you answer any questions you may have.
FAQ
Why are you asking me to upgrade?
We take security very seriously, and current best practice security does not support TLS 1.0. By upgrading you are helping to improve security of your own data.
What is TLS?
Transport Layer Security (TLS) is an encryption protocol.
Connections made using https use TLS to provide privacy and data integrity. The latest version is TLS 1.2.
Do we support other browsers other than those listed?
To provide the best user experience on our website we only support those listed above. While other browsers may work, we cannot guarantee that the site will display or behave correctly. Further to this, other browsers may not support TLS 1.1 and above.
Where can I download a new internet browser such as those listed above?
You can find the download pages for these browsers by performing a google search with the name of the browser and the word “download”, for example “Microsoft Edge Browser Download”. Google searches can be performed by going to www.google.com.au
